If you have a complaint about a ServiceMagic professional, we want to hear about it. You can email us via this form to register your complaint. Please provide as much detail as possible about the issue and an advisor will contact the tradesperson to investigate. We encourage our professionals to contact clients in the first instance to try to resolve any disputes.

Can ServiceMagic remove tradespeople from their network?

We will investigate each complaint on a case by case basis, urging the contractor and client to work together to reach a solution. We do, however, reserve the right to remove a service professional from our network in certain circumstances.
