1. The customer submits a request to find a home improvement professional. We have over 150 request forms covering all home improvement trades from boiler engineers to electricians to architects. Customers fill out the form, leaving details of exactly what their project entails.

2. We sort these requests according to professional and regional area, quality checking to ensure the requests are genuine. We then forward the customers’ details and requests via email or text message to no more than four contractors in that area.

3. It is then up to the tradesperson to contact the client and pitch for the work, arranging to provide a quote.

Your success with ServiceMagic leads depends on how quickly you contact the customer, how well you pitch your skills and what kind of quote you provide. These leads won’t include the clients contact details but will allow you to see what kind of leads we generate and how the service works. Then, if you wish to sign up we will activate your account, allowing you to choose how many leads you receive and in which geographical area. You are free to pause this service during busy work periods.

How much do ServiceMagic leads cost?
