According to their website, Vaillant are “Europe’s #1 Boiler Manufacturer” and until December 31st 2011 were offering “a 5-year guarantee on all eco-Tec domestic boilers”. It sounds like a one-of-a-kind deal that is almost too good to be true! But what kind of combi boilers do Vaillant actually have to offer their customers?  Prices are usually dependent on a number of factors, including the Heat Output Rating of the combi boiler, its size and how much heat you will need for your home.

We contacted the company for a list of prices of some of their most popular, best selling combi boilers and they came back to us with the following details:

Prices of Vaillant natural gas combi boilers

  • Vaillant Eco-Tec Pro 24 boiler costs £610
  • Vaillant Eco-Tec Pro 28 boiler  costs £699
  • Vaillant Eco-Tec Plus 23 boiler (lightweight, ‘A’ rated) costs £858
  • Vaillant Eco-Tec Plus 31 boilers costs £1,000
  • Vaillant Eco-Tec Plus 28 boiler (with electronically controlled heat-pump) costs £1,120
  • Vaillant Eco-Tec Exclusive 32 boiler (with back-screen lighting and electronically controlled pump) costs £1,000
  • Vaillant Eco-Tec Exclusive 38 boiler (‘A’ rated, eco-friendly) costs £1,200

All of these boilers are listed as of October 2011, and may be subject to change – so be sure to check deals, offers and standard prices before you sign on the dotted line. You can purchase Vaillant combi boilers from either the manufacturer direct (where these prices will be most accurate), or else from a number of different retailers or energy providers – where individual prices might be higher, but where you are more likely to get more value for your money on more extensive deals.

Of course, there are a number of other manufacturers you might choose to go for – Baxi, Ideal and Worcester Bosch are also extremely popular providers of quality combi-boiler models –  but if you’re looking for a energy-efficient, cost-effective boiler that is currently part of some valuable company offers, you will find Vaillant a great place to start.

Please can you give me an idea of how much I should expect to pay for installation of a 24kW Vaillant gas combi boiler in my 2 bedroom terraced house. Should be fairly straightforward replacement for the broken Alpha. I have requested quotes from local tradesmen but would like to know of any consumer experience on this.
Many thanks
