> Job description: Yes (We would like the cellar converted in our small victorian terraced house into a usable room (for example office). We would require electricity points but don t require water. I think the cellar was originally a coal cellar, but for some reason it was filed with rubble. There also seems to have been two single-brick walls built across. The neighbours on one side have a very nice room in their cellar and on the other side the have a slightly damp storage room, so I know it must be possible! From shining a torch under the floorboard I can see that a gas pipe runs diagonally across on top of the rubble, so this would probably need to be rerouted. Also the electricity meter is in the cupboard under the stairs where the staircase to the cellar presumably was and will be (this could probably be simply moved up). The room is approx 3.75m x 3.75m...) ...
