The old ones are being used and are still in place (with the exception of the power shower which we don t currently have). The taps for the basin and the shower will be in the same location as the existing taps however we will be moving towards a mixer tap rather than a separate hot and cold tap (for both bath and basin). The acrylic bath needs the holes for the taps cut into it. We also want to add a bath screen (for the shower) and want to remove the existing wall cabinet and fit a new cabinet (with a mirror on the front). The new bath will be an acrylic bath. We are also purchasing a bath panel for the side of the bath. The bath itself is 1800mm long (as is the panel) and the wall space is 1860mm (currently there is tiling to fill up the space). My partner is also looking to get the floor area tiled (floor area needing tiling I think is roughly 1.6m squared) (it is an L shape, one area is .64 by 1.05m, the other area is .5 by 1.86m), and the area around the bath tiled up to the roof. I m not sure how high the ceiling is (a womans guess, 2.5m) so from the height of the bath up to the ceiling, 1.86m in length and .8m in width (roughly). We haven t even begun to look at tiles (either wall or floor) - i appreciate this might require someone with a different skill set. It is worth mentioning perhaps that there are holes in the floor at the moment. We are a second (top) floor flat. We are looking at purchasing the items from the bathstore as they have what looks to be a good sale on at the moment, which is what is driving the less than one month start date. If there is a supply and install deal then we would be interested in looking into that as well, which would lessen the urgency. I m not sure if you can dispose of the old bath/toilet/basin but it would be ideal if you could. Thanks!  ...

I am looking for an idea of what all the plumbing would cost, and how long it would take, as this is the only toilet/bathroom in the property. On th rearranged plan, the chimney breast has been removed. This is dependent on cost, and so the chimney breast may stay, but I can't see this affecting anything plumbing wise. thanks in advance for any quotes ...
