> Job description: The lead roof of this Grade 1 listed 1810 manor house is leaking. As this firm rents office space in the house and is soon to sign up for a lease renewal, we wish to know what the roof problems are and if the problems can be solved. The landlord seems to think it is only minor problems but they have been going on for years.We, therefore need an independent survey of the roof which should help us to decide whether we stay or leave.
