> Job description: We have a toilet which requires a new syphon. It's a pretty old unit, and I managed to disconnect everything besides the bolts holding the cistern to the pan. I've done what I can to remove these (WD40, pliers, hacksaw), but the bolts are moving around with the nut completely seized. If you think you can resolve this and replace the syphon (which I've already bought), I'd appreciate a quote.

> Job description: Fit a new toilet which we will supply. The bathroom is an old bedroom so the wall needs to be drilled for the toilet waste pipe and then new piping to join the external soil pipe. Also would like the rainwater pipe to tee into the soil pipe.
