I am looking for a timber framed company as I feel this is the direction all house builds should be moving towards.
With all this in mind I'm looking for a company that is NHBC registered that can assist with the build, from project management, building and supplying to laying final grass and fencing.
The house that I'm looking at having built would be the closest standard design (to keep the costs down) in your catalogue to a large 4/5 bedroom house with 1850² feet floor area, sitting on a plot size of approx 462² yds.
The initial costing should assume a good level of interior finish (eg £5K kitchen including appliances). The exterior should be either brick or stone clad.
