> Job description: Previuosly varnished pine floor to living room requires staining/varnishing. Floor is in good repair, but im not sure if it requires sanding with a rotoray type machine. Varnish has almost completely worn away. Your advice would be appreciated, cost to make good, finish and complete etc.
