It also affects the adjoining room downstairs, showing as mould around the patio doors. It is not very bad at the moment but has been getting steadily worse.
I moved in July 2006.
I believe that the rendering has been done in the last 10 years and I had the chimney removed last year as I was led to believe that was causing the problem. There has been no significant improvement.
I have been told that the roof needs retiling in the next 5 years but do not want to go ahead with this if there is a different problem that needs sorting now.
