The wall seperating the hall and sitting room has been removed by the previous owners. The house is showing signs of movement with cracks appearing. Request structural engineer to check loads where the wall has been removed and whether a pillar for propping up will be suitable. Also where the extension meets the original gable end there is a 1m diagnal crack. To check the load of the extension.
