> Job description: I have a plot of land in Armadale, West Lothian. I have obtaining planning permission to build a 4 bed villa. The plot is situated behind Tap O the Brae public house in South St. At this point all I require is a Site Investigation Report. Can you give me a quote for this. I will arrange for a JCB. I will also arrange for the Contaminated Soil Land to be carried out at the same time. I already have a copy of the coal report. This project has very little profit in it and really no contingency. So, I have to decide whether to start the project or not. If continuing with the project, I would require an engineer to provide Structural design services for the Building warrant. Can you please quote for this separately.
