Looking for Heated Towel Radiator/Rail Fitters in Juniper Green?

> Job description: I have a very small bathroom that currently does not have a radiator. I am considering the option of fitting a heated towel rail (instead of a radiator) but obviously this is not a simple case of fitting the towel rail where the radiator used to be as i dont have one. Where i would like the rail to go, the wall behind it has a wall plug socket - directly behind it so I was hoping there would be a way just to drill right through? I think this may be a case for a plumber and an electrician so an estimate of costs (if i supply the towel rail) would be great. When i would like to get it done will really depend on the price, if its not too high then in the next month or two but if its something I'll have to significantly save for then I'd say more in the next 6 months.
