Please can you provide a quotation for the replacement of the existing gates with a new as detailed in the outline specification below and attached drawings: Removal of the existing sliding vehicle gate, pedestrian gate, temporary swing gate, including all supports and foundations. Disposal of all waste and redundant materials from site. Carriage of all new gates, materials etc to site. Supply and installation of new automated electronically operated 3.5m bi-folding galvanised steel vehicle access gate; colour black. Allow for new concrete bollards with warning paint to be provided to protect bi-folding gate while in the open position. Allow for modifying opening leaf to suit cross fall. In addition allow for the following controls: - 1 no. remote console (located within security office so that the gate may be operated remotely). - 1 no. radio receiver - 40 no. radio transmitters Vehicle access gate controls - radio control open; induction loop & photo electric cell (PEC) system close / safety. Vehicles approach the gate position and stops; vehicle occupant operates the handheld radio transmitter. The folding gate will opens automatically and the vehicle drives through, the gates closes automatically when the vehicle has cleared and induction loop and PEC beam located directly beyond the gate position. The gate will not close if the vehicle remains on the safety induction loop or across the PEC beam. Exit via free exist loop under paviours. Allow for installation of wall mounted intercom for visitor use. Hard wired internally by others. Supply and installation of new semi-automated galvanised steel swing pedestrian gate; colour black. Allow for heavy duty overhead closer, magnetic lock, overfill panel to match vehicle gate height, external push button pad for entry and exit mounted on gate post. Allow for galvanised steel infill panel to be provided between vehicle gate and pedestrian gate, style to match vehicle and pedestrian gates either side. Excavating / drilling foundation where necessary and securing all equipment as necessary. Connecting up to all existing mains cables. Supply and laying all induction loop cables into prepared slots and in conduit frames. Connection up to all access controls. Allow for all necessary ground works, including: - all civil requirements in accordance with installation of new gates. - duct crossing with two 50mm ducts with draw chord. - lift and relay all block paving as necessary for installation of loops. - install base for control cabinet. - install galvanised containment to run from new control cabinet back to building surface Allow for all necessary making good and cleaning upon completion. Allow for providing all necessary welfare and storage facilities. The following works will be undertaken by others: Provision and connection of fire alarm interface cabling to new equipment. Provision of appropriate power supply to new junction box to enable commissioning at time of installation.
