Kitchen - Replace extractor fan wall socket with on off switch as discussed last previously. Both Lounges, Kitchen & Top of Stair/Bathroom metal light sockets need to be replaced with standard plastic sockets – if we are putting standard bayonets in place then there would be no need for dimmer switches Supply & fit a shaver socket in the bathroom. Extractor I bathroom is no flush with tiles & subsequently I believe this allows dust in Replace light sockets in bathroom & both bedrooms with standard bayonet fittings to allow me to use energy saving light bulbs - would the one in the bathroom need to be covered because of moisture? Is it possible to convert vestibule, lounge , kitchen lights back to a standard bayonet fittings also. I like the spotters but they are expensive to replace so would prefer to have energy savers there too Reinstate certain sockets in bedrooms & remove others. Externally I have 2 PIR type lights that don t function properly, can these be replaced by low powered lights that come on automatically when it gets dark? I will also require power to the shed, but this will probably get replaced if there are funds to do this after all internal works are complete
