> Job description: Hi I am purchasing a property that has had some guttering issues identified by the Homebuyers Report. I would appreciate a quote to undertake the work below extracted from the Homebuyers Report: "To the front elevation rainwater discharge is achieved by means of a pvc gutter and pvc downpipe together with pvc gutters and downpipe to the bay. Both the bay and main downpipe need to be extended into a closed gulley to prevent water ingress. Our inspection of the bottom of the downpipe was severely restricted due to extensive foilage which has grown over the top. This foilage should be removed and the downpipes extended. From out limited inspection we noted the gulleys were open and appeared to be blocked. Our inspection of the rainwater goods revealed leaks to the 'swan neck connections to the the main downpipe together with further leaks to the guttering to the bay and swan neck connection adjacent. To the rear elevation access to the downpipes is restricted with a lack of vantage point. The main building appears to be served by a pvc downpipe land gutter leading into a downpipe onto the rear addition roof. The gutter then extends via a downpipe to the side elevation. The downpipe to the rear main building is not visible, however the downpipe to the rear additional is clearly full of leaves and other debris and is overflowing. The guttering to the flat roof appears to be full of shingle and again is overflowing, the join of the gutters and downpipes are achieved by means of a high level hopper again, this appears to be leaking. The guttering to the rear and front bays are both blocked with debris and require clearance. The downpipes to the rear are partly obscured by timber boarding and are partly discharge onto the external surfaces. The downpipe adjacent to the rear bay discharges onto the external surface, this corresponds with an area of damp we found internally. All downpipes should be extended into close gulleys to include the bays and the single storey rear addition which again opens directly onto the external surface. There is a single cast iron downpipe to the rear elevation which is in a poor condition and requires overhaul/replacement. There are further pvc hoppers serving discharge from the sanitary fittings, these hoppers are overflowing and require repair." Many Thanks Steve
