Render needs to be either removed from back wall and made good to meet adjoining wall + re pointed or cracks in render need to be repaired. I think removal from one of the walls would be good idea as eaves come flush to render surface (property was never intended to be rendered) but open to suggestions. We have within last two years had new roof put on single storey extension below problem wall. Apron from this roof would need re doing if we remove render from rear wall. Current apron not up to job at present in my opinion. Scaffold would be needed to reach wall above extension. Also looking to have old satellite dish removed (cannot reach without scaffold). Repaint of rear of building after render patched on other two walls. Render made look good around 5 double glazed windows and back door (corners chipped after fitting). Floor level bricks 2-3 course high under render line need to be re-pointed as well. Rear of property is three walls 2 storey high (3M x 6M, 4M x 6M, 3m x 4.5M above extension) with bathroom extension 1 storey high (2.5m x 3.5m, 2.5m x 3m). Looking to get work done very soon. 435 sq ft not counting doors and windows.
