Replacing bulb in security light outside the house very high up on the wall. Also fixing or maybe replacing a light in the porch.
The hall takes about 15 rolls of wallpaper and it is half and half split by a dado rail it is a old house so certain parts of the hall have some very high walls. Wherby the back kitchen is only 3 rolls because the walls are fitted with kitchen cupboards.
The floor at the moment is real wood parquet flooring but has been damaged by the recent floods so if it is possible for karndean to be laid i would like a qote for preparing and fitting the karndean, The hall floor is approx. 17 and a half foot x 13 ft.
I hope this information is sufficient. I would like the guttering done as soon as possible because it is causing flooding but the rest of the work can be discussed if and when i can find someone to take the work on for me but quite soon if possible. ...
