The extension would be in 2 parts. The lounge, 17ft wide extending out by 6ft together with the two bedrooms directly above also by 6ft. (2 story extension). The remaining 12ft of the width of 29ft is the Hall and this will also extend out 3ft but will be single story.
We would also like a very shollow bay 7ft window (brick) on the lounge & a class 1 chimney built on the side of the house.
A ensuite bathroom is to be build upstairs for the back bedroom. This will involve removing two stud walls of the two bedrooms and new ones constructed towards the front.
I need a rough quote before moving ahead with getting detail plans made up.
