> Additional information: Actually not too bad a house, it's structurally sound but been neglected over the last few years while being rented out. I'm just buying it now. Needs rotted softwood facias all round and dormers (5 of them) cladding replacing with UPVC, softwood windows and doors replaced with UPVC, external pebbledashed walls painting over, they're sound but looking dirty and shabby. Needs Economy 7 electric water and space heating taken out and replaced with propane gas central heating. Needs artex cielings skimming over (6 rooms), extractor fans fitting in bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen units are sound but looking dated, might get away with repainting them to brighten up, kitchen surfaces and sink will need to be replaced though. Finally, possibly needs roof valley and dormer lead flashings replaced, has been leaking, is now repaired but suspect poor quality materials used when the house was built 20 years ago so maybe need bringing up to spec.  ...
