These are separated by a 2.30x3.10m wall, whose thickness is about 12-13 cm; the wall seems made of bricks, but I'm not 100% sure. The wall also has a radiator and some electrical wires in it. I would like to remove this wall and build a new one further to the rear of the house, so that at the end of the work I will have big room on the front (which will be the new sitting room) and a smaller room on the rear (which will be the new dining room). The new wall will not seal the two rooms as than the old wall, it will have a large opening with an arch or something like this, so that the two room will be linked as in a kind of open plan. In addition, I'd like to cut through another interior wall and fit a door which will link the dining room to the kitchen. I supply the door and the door frame. I can supply all the materials (unless it is cheaper otherwise), and can do myself the easy bits of the work, like plastering, painting, clearing the rubbish I would be great if you could provide a detailed quote, I'm available for viewings after 6pm on week days and any time at weekends.
