> Job description: We are looking at converting this building into a conference centre with limited accomodation for delegates including restraunt facility for guests. The site also comes with approx. 2 acres. Building was formally a car show room predominantly on one level but would like to incorporate 2nd level for administration purposes. Do not necessarily require 2nd floor over complete site but would require a suite of first floor offices (5-6) with a siutable size board/conference room with hospitality facilities. We would require a main conference area to seat 1500-2000 people with full in house a/v system. A second smaller conference area to seat 500-800 people with full in house a/v system. Theatre style seating. Fictures and fitiings to be durable and robust. Floor coverings in the public areas to be hard wearing and easy to maintian. Building would need to be fitted for I.T. Well proportioned entrance area with receprion area and back room -open planed office space. Full rest room facilities on ground floor (appropriate to the amount of people we are catering for) and to include mother and baby facilities. Additionaly we would like a number of smaller conference rooms (at least 7) to accomodate smaller private meetings - 20-40 people. Rooms may be partitioned if necessary to provide additional units. Again with appropriate a/v and I.T. facilities. Would like to have control rooms placed appropriately in the main conference halls inorder to record any conferences. Invisage the need for a comericial kitchen to cater for delegates and for hosting any banquets/dinners. While the latter would be desirable we would expect that the smaller conference hall would suffice for this if needed. Outside parking is available around 3 sides of the building would require proper layout and security measures. We would expect a high standard and quality. I realise this may not be as detailed as you require but I hope it gives an idea of what we would like to do.  ...
