> Job description: We are installing a Diesel Generator at the above site and need to install an alternative earth for our customer. The Diesel Generator will be positioned on a concrete base at one side of the building. We have already installed an earth cable to the Diesel Generator base position from the Mains intake to link up with the new alternative earth, i would guess that we would need to install possibly 4 pitts along with 4 rods per a pitt. The area to be installed is an open lawn area with a few bushes here & there, with lots of space, i do have operatives working on site so it is possible to go and look. Kind Regards  ...
