The shower room will require a section of vertical wall to allow connection to soil
stack, preferably in the form of a gabled dormer, to the back of the building.
The rest of the area can also be opened at the back of the building to a more
or less extent, depending on costings, but we are unsure how best to do this.
There is space on the landing below to allow a staircase to be fitted above the
existing ground to first floor stair
