> Job description: ELATT is a charity in Hackney. We have poor wheelchair access and need to redevelop the building so that it includes a lift from ground to basement, an external ramp, a new more welcoming reception space and an additional piece of floor kindly donated to us by our landlord. We need to develop firm plans in order to be in a position that we can start the fundraising process with charitable trusts and foundations. This is not possible without having architectural plans and quotes from the likes of building surveyors and construction companies (since w/o this we won't know how much to ask for, nor could justify what we do ask for!) Once we have established the overall plan, we also need to know how to prioritise the order of work, since it is highly unlikely we will secure funding for the entire building project at once.
