> Job description: Property comprises a fish and chip shop operating at ground level, with a basement. Above the shop there are three stories of self contained flats, terminating in a pitched rood. The fish shop fryers are extracted through the exisitng chimney, which consists of the original Victorian flue, terminating in a chimney stack above roof level. The unlined flue "leaks" fumes to the building interior, making the flats above very smelly and difficult to rent as residential accommodation. What is required is to line the existing chimney and connect the fryers to it. I need someone with the appropriate expertise to supply and install the flue liner and connect the fryers to it. Please recommend suitable contractors.
