> Job description: Looking for someone to project manage our kitchen/sittingroom renovation end of March-end of April. Have ordered a kitchen already, but the kitchen company only dry-fit the kitchen, and so the PM will need to organise builders to prepare the room for the new kitchen, e.g. remove old kitchen and floor, strengthen subfloor along a wall to accommodate wine storage, make sure plumbing and electrics are where they should be and connect the appliances after the kitchen company is finished. The floors downstairs are also being replaced, so old floors need to come out. We have a quote from a local flooring company to fit new floors. The PM is to prepare the schedule for everyone involved and make sure they stick to it. The property is a recently built flat on the 9th/10th floor, lift only goes to 9th floor.

> Job description: Oversee the refurbishment of a flat in Battersea. A new kitchen is required with intergrated appliances. Re-decoration throughout - 2 bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, hallway. Some plasterwork will need repairing. Two ceilings have wood chip and will either need to be removed/replaced and skimmed or covered. Tiling on kitchen walls and floor. New spot lights in kitchen ceiling etc.
