It wasn t working, so the people we bought the system from sent someone to investigate. He said wiring was correct but the one monitor and bell needed to be replaced, which it was. We got new system and it works but not completely - the bell only works for the ground floor monitor not the upstairs monitor and we can t open the door remotely. We tried to call the guy back but he has not responded for months now - not sure if he is in the UK anymore.
