Material should be Galvanised Steel, the material should be too thick to cut through at least 3mm thick. Anti-climb design and the gap at the bottom should be small enough to stop anyone crawling through. Visibility should allow for a clear view of sight in aleey way. The gate should not be solid. Self supporting posts not attached to residents property. Noise, a rubber strip and bumpers could be used to prevent excessive noise when opening and closing. Vehicular access - this should be allowrd for taller and wider such as vans and emergency. 1 key per house hold. Numbers to be confirmed.
