Walls are fully rendered masonry and painted white, windows are stained soft timber frame with narrow double glazing. There is a recessed veranda at the front with stained timber upright upper floor supports. Soffit and barge boards are all stained timber. In all 9 ground floor windows plus front and rear door plus french doors to Patio, and first floor has 4 windows plus 4 dormer windows. Rendered walls, currently painted white, are generally in good order but looking dull and probably only painted once when new. Some algae needs cleaning off, particularly the chimney stack. Rear timber, facing south east, is peeling badly. The single detached Garage is also constructed of rendered brickwork with glass fibre up and over door, one window matching house windows and a rear access door. It has gabled roof with soffits and barge boards. There are climbing ivy and clematis on the walls that need to be preserved as much as possible. Objective tis to restore walls and woodwork to original colour scheme.  ...
