One bed and kitchen ceiling will be smooth on 1st or 2nd of July meaning they will need to dry before painting. All other ceilings and walls are smooth and in good condition. I would like all skirtings, architraves and doors to be painted white satinwood. Ceilings matt white and walls matt cream or magnolia. Windows are dark stained hardwood and I would like them recoated/treated with a similar product. The apartment will be empty of furniture for ease and speed of work to be carried out. I would like to lay carpet on Monday 13th July at latest so painting would need to be complete by then. I intend to move into the property at the latest on the 16th of July and have a baby due on 7th August. What do you think? Is it a job you would consider in these timescales?
