We need to put a table where the radiator is but the radiator is too tall to fit neatly under the table therefore the table sticks out a bit and does not look very tidy. Easy I thought, just get a radiator that is the same width but not so tall and I could do the job myself. However, the radiator that I am replacing is 750mm wide which is not a standard size (strange really as this is a brand new Barretts flat) and the only widths I can get are either 700mm or 800mm. I have been told I can get little extensions for the valves but do not want to do that. Can you quote me for fitting a 800mm (width) x 300mm (height) to the existing pipe work. The work would involve a small adjustment to the pipework on one side, we already have the radiator and make good to the wall and plaster would not be required.
