> Job description: I am looking to fit out an existing A1 premises (approx. 718 sq ft) to convert to A3 use. There will be a small kitchen to the rear with a partition wall (with open counter built in) separating from front of house. The front of house will consist of sales counter and a small area for casual dining (table, chairs, stools, window counter etc). I also require new signage and advice on change of use from A1 to A3
