As these form the outer walls of the bedrooms, obviously a lot of heat is escaping through them. We would like the boards replaced with plasterboards and have additional insulation behind them. Although there are 4 bedrooms, one is a box room, 2 are single rooms and just one double. Not all walls are fibreboard - some are solid so in square meterage, there is not a tremendous amount of boards/ insulation required. At the same time, we would like the gable ends, which are again just original boards, insulated and boarded internally. If this sounds as clear as mud - sorry - it's not as bad as it seems!
