> Job description: Am enquiring for an estimate for the complete supply and install for a 5 bedroom bungalow which I am purchasing in June/July. The current cess pit is apparently illegal (original since the house was built in 1950) and must be updated/replaced. Current owners are getting formal quotes but I want to be armed with a cost myself and may take on the work through a contractor myself as part of 'a deal' on the purchase.
