I have been offered the land parcel but due to the amount they want it may be more cost effective to relocate the tank back about 3 meters into my garden. I will probably see if I can raise funds to buy the land, but would be interested in a 'ballpark' figure (very rough guide ie. whether it is a couple of thousand pounds, a few, many thousand pounds or in excess of £10k) as to how much it could cost to relocate the tank.
