Structural survey has found From analysis of the previous subsidence claim it was noted that repairs had been carried out to the retaining wall to the east boundary. The retaining wall is leaning and cracked in places and is thought to be a result of the damage to the drain run. Arrange for quotation to: Repair/rebuild leaning retaining wall in conjunction with drainage repairs. Provide safety barrier to rear stone retaining walls and handrail to steps. Regarding external walls it also found a need to Arrange for quotation to: Make good former service pipe hole to west facing elevation. Repoint isolated areas of brickwork to front, side and rear elevation. Repair/renew concrete lintels over ground and first floor windows to rear elevation. Supply and fit additional airbricks to serve suspended timber floor to living room. I also need a quote to repoint chimney stacks and Repoint ridge tiles. Refit duct from bathroom extract vent to airbrick within roof space.
