> Job description: I have a Clearview woodburner stove and all the necessary flue pipework from the supplier in the New Forest, as I was to fit it myself after the company that built our conservatory provided the hole into the brickwork (double-skinned, inside and out).
However, having been told by the conservatory people that it's best to cut the flue hole in the brick AFTER the build, I've now been informed that they can't now do it.
So, Depending on what you suggest, I'm not sure whether you can offer to just to cut the hole (at a 45 degree angle) through the brickwork, or do that as well as install the flue and cement in place etc.. I have the necessary external bracket to fix and hold the section of the flue that extends vertically to the cowl on top.
Can you kindly give me a quote for both cutting the whole only, and also cutting the hole and fixing the flue in place plus bracket also (I have the special joinery compound too).
The supplier I purchased the stove from cannot fix it until February, which is way too late. I need this done ASAP and within about 2 weeks if possible.
