As the original porch had steps leading down to the outside path, floor was laid over the steps to create one level.
The floor was not laid well and there are concerns over it s structural integrity. The fitters for our new front door, to say the least were concerned.
The job would be to remove the existing floor (around 4 metres square) and re lay it using new materials. We would also like to look at some insulation for under the floor and in the roof of the porch.
