We're working hard to improve our service

We’re always keen to improve our service for both the customers who use our site and our valued network of tradespeople. So, for 2012 we’ve made the following improvements:


We are now matching each lead to 4 tradespeople rather than 5 – limiting the amount of people we send each of our leads to improves our service for everyone - you’ll experience less competition for jobs and therefore win more work, while customers don’t get swamped with too many quotes.


Redesigning our tradesperson directory – a key part of our service involves providing you with a dedicated page in our online directory to help advertise your services and improve your company’s visibility in Google. Our tech team have now redesigned these pages to make them even more effective; customers will now be able to see your ratings and reviews as well as the trades you cover more easily.


Watch this space – we’ve got some more improvements up our sleeve, including a ‘seal of approval’ mark to recognise our most successful tradespeople and an exciting ‘instant connect’ product which allows customers to connect with you immediately by phone.
